Design

Supporting my music, I created the cover art for each of my tracks using photography and graphic design to get the result I was looking for.
For these designs I used Linearity Curve.

I could do similar work for your business; cover art, website design, playlist covers, magazine designs, and so forth.

Film

Over the years, I’ve made videos here and there, some heavier on the edit than others. This experience helped me with my most recent project; a music video for my song After All This Time. I can help with the ideas, filming, editing and am eager to keep learning as I go.

This music video was created with the help of a friend of mine. He was the brains behind the camera.

I set up a plan by separating the track into different parts to introduce the various locations at intervals. I brainstormed a shot list and created a mood board for each section to visualise the shots I was looking for. This helped me greatly during our two shooting days, as well as the editing stage of the project.

This video was created as promotion for my Dutch children’s book ‘Flynn heeft stress’ toward the end of 2024. It was created in vertical for instagram.

Here I wanted to document the process of selling some of my photography in prints. It was my first video in this style, and I really enjoyed it. It is unlisted on YouTube as I didn’t end up making the prints with other projects being more important to me. But an example of what I could do for you.

Lastly, a video I made together with one of my creative writing pieces; showcasing more of a storytelling style, capturing the moment, a feeling.

One of my live recordings. I enjoyed this edit a lot. I set up separate cameras during recording my takes which left me with quite a bit of organising to do before I could start editing, but it was very worth it. I could cut between angles flawlessly, whilst keeping my focus on the main angle which worked as a through line throughout the whole song.

Before filming anything, I check lighting, framing and shoot practice shots.

Project management

A couple of years ago, I wrote and published a Dutch children’s book. I had an editor go over it, contacted illustrators only to find the perfect match for my book through instagram, worked together with a graphic designer and had the book printed through a Dutch company. I also signed up at the Kamer van Koophandel and have dealt with related taxes ever since, all as part of this process.

I too created some promotion material; flyers and book markers (see below) and got them printed by a company.

For a couple of years now I’ve been writing and producing my own music. If you need anything or want to work together; here is my released work so far. I am starting to shift more towards pop-punk in my next project, and am looking for opportunities to work with other artists, producers and musicians.

Social media

I'll be honest, social media doesn’t come very natural to me. To live your daily life, take photos and videos and share that isn’t my greatest skill, nor is promoting, although I always love to learn.

However, creating the promotion material using the media shown in this portfolio is. I create film, design, music, photography, and I can do that for you. My whole portfolio is a testament to that, but here I’ve shared a couple more reels that were created as announcement videos for my tracks.

Finance

Before moving on to Photography, I would like to take the opportunity to talk finance. I can and would love to help out creative and/or sustainable businesses with their finance/bookkeeping. This could be in relation to setting up a system for every day use, or running the books for specific events or projects. I would be learning as I go, but have the confidence and experience with bookkeeping in other areas to cover this.
